Genome and Bioinformatics Unit
The Genome and Bioinformatics Unit of Türkiye Biotechnology Institute operates with the objectives of improving public health, conducting internationally competitive scientific research, expanding personalized medicine applications, and providing a robust scientific infrastructure for biotechnological product development activities. Through the systematic acquisition of phenotypic and genomic data specific to our population, the Unit carries out and supports projects aimed at understanding health and disease processes, while contributing to the enhancement of national capacity in these fields.
