BİYAŞAM Training Series – 1: Applied Cell Culture and Western Blot Training
The Applied Cell Culture and Western Blot Training, organized by TÜSEB Türkiye Biotechnology Institute with the sponsorship of Ant Teknik Cihazlar, has been successfully completed. Held on December 14-15, 2021, the program commenced with an "Introduction to Cell Culture" lecture delivered by Rabia ÇAKIR KOÇ, Acting Vice President of TÜSEB and Head of Türkiye Biotechnology Institute.
In the opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Erhan Akdoğan, President of Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB), briefed participants on TÜSEB’s R&D vision and the advanced infrastructure of the Biotechnological Pharmaceuticals and Vaccine Research, Development, and Training Centre (BİYAŞAM), located within Aziz Sancar Research Centre at TÜSEB Ankara Campus.
Following two days of comprehensive theoretical and practical training in basic cell culture and Western Blot techniques, participants were presented with certificates of attendance.
