BİYAŞAM Training Series- 'Recombinant Protein Production İn Prokaryotic Systems Training' Was Held
"Recombinant Protein Production in Prokaryotic Systems Training" was held at the Biotechnological Drug and Vaccine R&D Training Center (BİYAŞAM) within the scope of BİYAŞAM Training Series on 15-16 February 2024 organized by TÜSEB Turkey Biotechnology Institute.
The training was given by Dr. Serkan YAMAN, researcher at the TÜSEB Turkey Biotechnology Institute and Dr. Rizvan IMAMOĞLU, researcher at the TÜSEB Turkey Cancer Institute. Undergraduate and graduate students participated in the training.
After theoretical trainings on recombinant DNA technologies, molecular cloning and recombinant protein production in prokaryotic systems, the training was completed with the production, characterization and purification stages in bacterial system using model recombinant protein in the laboratory.
